Aspects of your Invoice

Each time you receive your order from Avon, you will go online to access your invoice, giving you a complete breakdown of all your business activity. If you are registered you can access your order information at www.YourAvon.com before your order arrives and if you do not have access to the internet, you can ask for a print out of your invoice at the Avon office. These are the following aspects included in your invoice:

  1. Your name and permanent address as they appear in Avon’s record.
  2. Your district and account numbers. Use these numbers on your purchase order and on all payments and correspondence to Avon.
  3. The campaign number and date of the invoice. Each Avon sales “year” consists of two-week campaigns.
  4. Your invoice starts with your account and includes:
    1. Charges for the campaign.
    2. The order processing fees for your order each campaign. There is an Order processing fee and an order processing charge. You’ll receive a 50% credit on your invoice for your Order processing charge.
    3. Tax rate applied to Customers prices.
    4. The amount you pay Avon.
  5. Payment coupon—this portion of your invoice should be detached and included with your payment.
  6. This area of your invoice lists details on products that have been delayed in delivery or were previously delayed and are now included.
  7. Items not available in this campaign.
  8. Campaign in which item was originally ordered.
  9. Campaign in which item is expected to ship.
  10. Additional comments and information.
  11. Instructions to be followed if Representative no longer wants any of these products.
  12. Products previously NOT AVAILABLE will be listed with a message stating the campaign in which the product was originally ordered and Award Sales given.
  13. Products that count toward order size and Award Sales. Items are listed by earnings level

  1. Sales Meeting date, time and location.
  2. Important information about your order.
